We started our business in a vintage camper trailer in January 2023, we grew so quick and opened our first store on April 15th, 2023. We opened our second location in Scottsdale, Arizona on September, 2nd and have since then, quickly expanded to 4 stores.

Rancher Hat Bar is an experience like no other. Rancher Hat Bar is a new take on an old tradition. We bring creativity and color back into an old American tradition while respecting its roots. We are a powerful brand with recognition across the United States and other Countries. Our impressive growth has taken on many different markets and we are continuing to grow, we are now in 3 different states with more to come. We have a huge team that strives to be the best, and we make sure our customers feel that.

How does this work?
Choose your hat and choose your accessories. You can brand, burn, add cards, charms, feathers and so much more.
What sizes do you have?
Most of our hats at 57cm (one size fits most) and all have a drawstring to tighten as needed. We will size the hat for you at your appointment. Higher end beaver hats and Gigi Pips are sized and range from 6 7/8 to 7 5/8.

What is your pricing?
Hats range from $70-215 and accessories range between $5-$45. We even have some options that start at $50 and straws for $35. Truckers start at $25.
